Agreement

By creating an account or using WheelStage, you agree to these terms. If you are using WheelStage on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

The service

WheelStage provides AI-powered vehicle image editing tools. You upload vehicle photos, and the service processes them — replacing backgrounds, adjusting lighting, and applying your selected settings.

Results are generated by AI and may vary depending on input image quality, vehicle angle, lighting conditions, obstructions, and processing settings. We do not guarantee specific results.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use WheelStage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the processed results generated by the service.

You grant WheelStage a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service. This license exists solely for service delivery and ends when you delete your content or account.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the images you upload, including any rights related to vehicles, people, locations, trademarks, or third-party content visible in the images.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for reviewing all processed images before using them. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of processed images complies with all applicable laws, marketplace policies, advertising regulations, and consumer protection rules.

You may not use WheelStage to create deceptive vehicle listings, conceal material vehicle damage, misrepresent the condition of a vehicle, or produce content that is misleading, unlawful, or infringes the rights of others.

Prohibited use

You may not:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service.
Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or security measures.
Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' access.
Resell or redistribute access to the service without written permission.

Credits and payments

WheelStage uses a credit-based pricing model. Each processed image costs one credit. Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If image processing fails, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.

API

If you use the WheelStage API, you are responsible for securing your API keys. You are liable for all usage under your keys. API usage is subject to the same terms, credit system, and rate limits as the web application.

Intellectual property

WheelStage, including its software, interface, design, and branding, is owned by LeadMatch Oy. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as intended.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular use. You use the service and its outputs at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelStage and LeadMatch Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to WheelStage in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WheelStage and LeadMatch Oy from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using WheelStage and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or fail to pay amounts due.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
