WheelStage is operated by LeadMatch Oy, a company registered in Finland. When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "WheelStage", it means LeadMatch Oy.

What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed).
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We retain transaction records for accounting purposes.
Images you upload: vehicle photos you submit for processing, and the processed results.
Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and feature usage, collected via Google Analytics.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information transmitted automatically when you use the service.

How we use your data

To provide and operate the service, including processing your vehicle images.
To manage your account and credits.
To process payments.
To send service-related communications (account verification, password resets).
To monitor and maintain security and performance.

Your images

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the processed results. We store your images to deliver the service and make them available for download. You may delete your images at any time through the application.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate WheelStage:

Stripe — payment processing
Cloudflare — image storage and content delivery
OpenAI — image processing
Resend — transactional emails
Vercel — hosting
Google Analytics — usage analytics

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the service to function (authentication, session management). We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies for usage statistics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted when you delete your account.
Images: retained while your account is active. Deleted when you delete your account.
Transaction records: retained as required by applicable accounting and tax laws.
Technical logs: retained for a limited period for security and debugging purposes.

Your rights

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

WheelStage is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
